Submit this application form and pay the annual registration fee of $20.


Submit application below if you have already paid the annual registration fee since Fall 2017 and would like to sign up for another group.


Accept Group Assignment from FOCS Coordinator.

After registration payment is submitted, FOCS Staff will contact you to coordinate a Parent/Moms’ Group that works for your schedule. Group assignment wait time can take up to 2-4 weeks. We will try our best to confirm your Parent/Moms’ Group participation within your timeframe/family leave. Contact if your application has not been processed.

Join Our Community

Please share your information so we can contact you to coordinate your FOCS group and gauge interest in our programming.

Upon placement in a group or class, please send payment for the FOCS program to confirm your space.

DAD FOCS: request information for FREE weekly play dates.

Moms’ 8 week program, 2 hrs/week, payment is $150.

Scholarships are available:
Average $75 payment for parent groups.

We have a newborn and waddler group starting every quarter or more, as needed.

Newborns  |  Wednesdays, October 25 – December 13 | 11am – 1pm

Waddlers | Fridays, November 3 – December 22 | 10am – 12pm
